The Institute's work includes also

• Training and Development, comprising initial training, continuous professional development, and coaching for all agents at school and education authorities),
• Networks, comprising chairing professional networks for research and practice and the organisation of the the Education Symposium Switzerland and International School Leadership Symposium as well as further conferences.
