Fifth work conference
The fifht and the final work conference took place in Brussels from the 10th to the 12th of November 2015. The country partners presented their country reports and the final evaluation results as well as lessons learnt were discussed. This work conference also included a meeting with stakeholders and the European Commission where project results were presented, discussed and disseminated.

European Congress for Educational Research in Porto, Portugal:
A project symposium was arranged on the 5th of September. Representatives from Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Spain and Czech Republic presented findings across countries as well as evaluation results.

Fourth work conference
During the fourth conference in Manchester from the 30th of June to the 2nd of July 2015, preliminary findings from the piloting of the online self-assessment inventory and the coaching module in the various country contexts as well as evaluation results from participants’ percpectives across countries. Through group work and plenary discussions publications and further dissemination activities were discussed. Altogether 19 participants representing the ten country partners took part in the conference.

Third work conference
32 participants including coaches from nine countries participated at the work conference and train-the-trainer workshop in Brno, Czech Republic which took place from the 28th of January until 1st of February 2014. The focus of the work conference was to do the final planning for the piloting of the online assessment inventory as well as the coaching module. During the train-the-trainer, the participants simulated workshop and coaching activities.

 

Second Work Conference
18 colleagues from the 10 participating countries attended the Second Work Conference which took place in Zug in Switzerland the 29th of September to 1st of October 2013. Key issues for discussion during the conference were the adaptation and further development of the self-assessment instrument, the coaching framework as well as aspects related to the piloting in the various countries. The coordinator of the project, the Institute for the Management and Economics of Education, University of Teacher Edcuation Zug, hosted the conference.

First Work Conference
Altogether, 16 colleagues from the 10 country partners participated at the First Work Conference which took place in Seville in Spain from the 11-13th of April 2013. During the conference the existing German self-assessment instrument and the Norwegian coaching module were presented.  The drafts of the country reports on school leadership training in the respective countries were discussed as well as challenges with respect to integrating the self-assessment instrument and coaching in the existing programmes and consequences for further project planning.
